For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are no longer in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product shows signs of use, damage, tampering, or if the protective seal has been broken.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including returns relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
