Please note:
- Refund requests submitted after 60 days from the delivery date are not eligible.
- Returns without sufficient proof of use may be declined.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or are no longer in their original condition.
